eCommerce/Marketing Coordinator

Ecobags is a New Zealand company based in Highbrook supplying customisable eco-friendly reusable bags and compostable products and packaging. We support kiwis to live more sustainably in their everyday lives and work by providing an alternative to plastic bags.  

We require a digital marketer to work within our small team to ensure ecobags and ecopack products are ranged and accurately represented across a number of eCommerce websites. This is a new role, reporting to the Marketing Manager, which will be responsible for growing the company's digital presence.


Applicants will need to have the following attributes:

  • Be a digital specialist who can manipulate and re-purpose content 

  • Video editing and multimedia design skills are desirable.

  • Website design or at least vast content management experience required. 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels 

  • Experience in marketing automation, remarketing and social media management advantageous.

  • Be an analytical thinker with a continuous improvement approach.  

Applicants key responsibilities will be:

  • Inputting and updating product information on websites

  • Working with a number of third-party online stores 

  • Leading the expansion of our digital footprint including TradeMe and Amazon

  • Provide ongoing product management for online shopping experiences. 

The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate, with a marketing or multimedia degree, and some real-life experience under their belt. We offer flexible working hours - estimating this role will require 20 hours per week, but willing to negotiate to suit).  On-site parking, supportive and friendly company culture, and staff discounts on all eco products.

Reception & Duty Manager

Quest Highbrook provides stylish, furnished apartments with a 4.5 Star rating. We have a range of apartment types which consist of Studios, One Bedrooms and Two Bedrooms with daily servicing and is available for short and long-term business requirements in East Auckland.

We have 120 Apartments and have opened in September 2013. We are proud of the great team of people working with us and we couldn’t do it without them.

We are looking for an experienced, flexible, keen and confident person to join our company, dealing with customers in our front of house reception for our Serviced Apartments with Duty Management responsibility.


Applicants will need to have the following attributes:

  • Qualified with NCEA Level 6 plus Hotel/Tourism Management Sepcialisation

  • Be well presented, energetic and highly motivated. 

  • Be able to intuitively understand customers needs.

  • Be proactive, confident and have a warm and friendly personality. 

  • Be well organised and be able to multi task

  • Be able to work unsupervised 

  • Be a quick learner and outcome focused

  • Have excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal

  • Have experience with internet based applications and Microsoft Office.

  • Have experience in cash handling including EFTPOS.


Applicants key responsibilities will be:

  • Guest check ins and check outs

  • Managing reservations using PMS's

  • Cash and credit handling 

  • Assisting with guest enquiries and requests.  

Hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday, 7AM – 8PM: Shifts are split of either 7AM – 3PM or 11AM – 7PM & 12PM - 8PM
Weekends and Public Holidays, 8AM – 4PM: Shifts are 8AM – 4PM including 24hour Duty Service on Weekends (begins 8PM Friday – 7AM Monday morning) and during the week if required.

Warehouse Storeperson

Most of our well-known brands – Healtheries, Nutra-Life and Balance – are manufactured here at our East Tamaki site. To help us maintain our high quality reputation we are looking for bright and reliable people to become integral members of our Warehouse team across our three shifts: day, afternoon, and night.  


Applicants will need to have the following attributes:

  • Proven warehouse experience essential

  • A valid reach truck and counterbalance licence

  • A valid F endorsement, stock picker licence or turret truck licence would be preferred

  • Knowledge of RF scanning

  • Good numerical ability, written & spoken English

  • Excellent time keeping and attendance

Applicants key responsibilities will be:

  • Pick orders 

  • Put away stock & rotate stock 

  • Load and unload containers 

  • Prepare correct documentation

  • Use RF scanning to ensure computer accuracy

  • Lift heavy raw materials from time to time (up to 25kg)
