Functions & Operations Co-ordinator 

East Tamaki 


Catering Solutions Group is made up of two companies. Spit Roast Catering Company & Fingerfood Catering Company. 

We operate from Highbrook, East Tamaki in Auckland and Te Rapa, Hamilton in the Waikato. Servicing an area that spreads to Whangarei in the North and Taupo in the South. 

This role will be within our Head Office based in Highbrook, East Tamaki. You will form an integral part of our small and diverse team.


 Applicants will need to have the following attributes:

  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to work with initiative and creativity 

  • The ability to problem solve while remaining calm under pressure

  • Full drivers licence and the ability to drive both manual and auto vehicles is essential

  • Proven experience within the hospitality industry.. 

  • Previous experience with a Distribution Business and Retail Distribution chanels would be an asset

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain operational oversight of all Auckland based events and functions ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.  Liasing with Hamilton Branch Manager when required. 

  • Training and implementing new procedures.

  • Preparing quotes, processing new bookings and other function related documents. 

  • Assisting customers with their enquiries via either phone, email or personally. 

  • Management of large functions onsite at venues.  

  • Pre function site visits

  • Staff Supervision. 

*You will be required to work weekends and evenings.

Warehouse Picker / Packer 

Distribution Warehouse 

 Permanent Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm 

The Tile Depot is a family owned and operated business with 15 stores across the upper North Island. We pride ourselves on being a leader within the tile and bathware industry through selling quality product and providing a high level of service.

 An opportunity now exists to join the Tile Depot family, with a Warehouse storeman position available within our East Tamaki distribution warehouse.

  • Assisting with half yearly stock-takes 

  • Ensuring warehouse is kept clean and tidy

Warehouse Storeperson

Most of our well-known brands – Healtheries, Nutra-Life and Balance are manufactured here at our East Tamaki site. To help us maintain our high quality reputation we are looking for bright and reliable people to become integral members of our Warehouse team. We have two day shift positions available:  Pick / Pack position and Storeperson 


Applicants will need to have the following attributes:

  • Warehousing experience in a manufacturing environment

  • A valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance License is essential

  • A valid F endorsement stock picker license or turret truck license would be preferred

  • Knowledge of RF scanning 

  • Good numerical ability

  • Good communication skills with written and spoken English

  • Excellent time keeping and attendance. 

  • Ability to lift raw materials from time to time (up to 25kg)

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Picking orders

  • Rotate and put away stock 

  • Load and unload containers.

  • Use of RF scanning to ensure computer accuracy 

  • Prepare correct documentation
